Michael Corado was a professional, knowledgeable, salesman as we purchased a new Accord Touring 2T. We spoke over the phone and made decisions before we drove to test drive the car. Cisco Garcia was a zero pressure salesperson. Explained all the options on the car and how to use them. Dealing with seniors can be a challenge. Cisco was very conscious of our price pt and helped us find the perfect car. Thank you Cisco for everything.

Again San Tan Hyundai and Paul in the Service Department did a fantastic job for me when I returned for them to put in a rain sensor, replacing the one that didn't work. Paul greeted us as soon as we pulled up, showed us to the waiting area and let us know roughly how long it would take to replace t...he part. It ended up taking less than 45 minutes. He also helped us to understand how the automatic lift-gate worked on my Santa Fe. The waiting are was spacious, clean and offered a number of different beverages and some bakery to munch on. Would definitely recommend this dealership from the sales staff to the service department. Show more

I called Earnhardt Honda and was transferred to Cisco Garcia almost in tears after a horrible experience with Chevy car dealership. He was very prompt in starting the process to help. I told him what i was looking for and he certainly made sure i got it at the price i wanted! i don't know how many "...hoops" he jumped but i got a way better deal. Me and my husband and kids went in the very next night to pick up our new Honda Pilot with 3rd row seats that we wanted and the experience from start to finish was exceptional, my kids were hungry because we were coming from work and they had popcorn waiting, even when it was finished and my kids wanted more, Cisco made sure that they got more. i went to the rest room and he stayed with my kids, he was very pleasant and patient and we enjoyed fun conversations with him and the kids. I ABSOLUTELY enjoyed my experience and i didn't even feel like i was buying a car, i wasn't pressured in anyway. He sat in the car with me and made sure to explain every wonderful feature, amenities and details about the car. (No car dealership have never taken the time to do that with me before).
