Where to start the whole experience was a pleasure. But working with JR Rodriguez was the highlight. His wonderful and upbeat personality was what really put their service over the top. I've purchased a few vehicles and i can say he made it one of the easiest hassle free experiences I've ever had.

Julie and the rest of her team really helped me out on servicing my new vehicle of a handful of recalls and updates it had to get done. She got me a rental, so they could get to the bottom of what was causing an annoying, crackling noise that was coming out of the speakers. It worked out great. Than...k you Julie. Show more

This review is specifically for the parts department. I needed a dealer only part (rear passenger door lock actuator) for my Sonata. My wife went to pick up the part and was given the wrong item by an associate. When I got home to install the part and immediately realized it was wrong, I called and... got to speak with John in parts. John immediately knew the difference in what I needed and what the other associate had sold us. Explained the situation and knowing they closed at 5 ( it was 4:30)wanted to see if we could get it corrected asap because I could not lock my car. John was super down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He made arrangements for us to pick up the part since we wouldn't make it by 5 because of the distance from our home. Made an unfortunate mistake better and will be my go to at San Tan Hyundai. Thank you John! Show more

Purchased my Honda Civic at Earnhardt Honda and I had a great experience with JR Rodriguez. He honestly made the process easy. I hate spending hours at the dealer but his personality and great Service made everything so much easier! If you go to Earnhardt Honda make sure to ask for JR!

I wanted to say that Earnhardt CJDRD was first class! We were very pleased with the service and confidence that sales and finance department gave us. Kenny Parker was outstanding and friendly with a no nonsense attitude. Kudos to the entire Earnhardt Team!

Jay & Bobby were absolutely fantastic. I have bought many cars, but this was the best experience ever! Jay & Bobby were personable & professional. You can see they really care. And after the purchase is made, they still treat you like family, (unlike other dealerships). I would highly recommend this... dealership (and these guys) to anyone interested in buying a car. He was fast, friendly, professional and goofy at the same time. I’m super excited because I’m leaving with the car I want and was treated with the upmost respect.
