Our Mazda broke down on us and we needed a new car to get to work. Everyone was amazing and so kind. We were able to get our new Elantra within a couple of hours. We brought our car back a few days later to have the tint placed on the windows and they gave us a car to use for the day. While purchasing a new vehicle has always felt frustrating to us, I have to admit that Derwin Edwards did what he could to gain our trust and get us out the door "close" to what we wanted to pay. This is our 3rd Dodge Ram, hopefully our last, and grateful for the time he took with us.

Shawn was amazing to work with. The most laid back but effective car salesman I have ever encountered. We told him what we wanted and he made it happen with no haggling back and forth. We will definitely take our future business to him!

Serviced and returned quickly new advisor Dave took care and followed up with phone calls as to items needing attention. But, he did not press for the work to be done, which was good.

Alan Clark from the service department is simply one of the best service writers I have ever dealt with. I have learned over the years to trust his judgement and his advice. I like his sense of humor, but more importantly I appreciate his concern regarding the issues with my vehicles and the quick m...anner he displays in solving my vehicle related problems. I worked with Charlotte Price for the second time and highly recommend her! No pressure, listened to my needs and found exactly what I was looking for. It was such a seem less process and just about everything was done when I arrived to pick up my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Charlotte and Darlene (from... finance) worked diligently to ensure I got the best price and financing possible. I even had a wonderful surprise when I went to sign finding that they were able to get my rate 2% lower than I was originally told.
