Great service from Joel at Earnhardt Honda. After much struggle with other dealerships, he was upfront and honest with us. Did a great job explaining the car features too.

I was shopping for a low mile used Nissan Titan 4X4. I spent a lot of time researching the truck and watched pricing for a few weeks on cargurus. The day San Tan Hyundai listed one, I contacted their Internet Sales Department. Their staff was quick to respond, informative, and very friendly. I b...ought the truck same day. The next day, another dealer contacted me and asked if I would send the truck back to San Tan Hyundai if he could beat the price. When I told him the price his response was, "Congratulations, you got a great deal. We can't beat that." The truck only had 6k miles, was only a year old, and still had the new car smell. If I had purchased it new, the price tag would have been around $15k higher. I've made a long road trip and pulled my trailer with it and it's the best truck I've ever driven. I am very happy with this purchase and with San Tan Hyundai. Show more

Bought a certified car about a week ago. Won't go into huge detail, just had a less than favorable experience with the sale negotiations. However I went to start my car this morning, wouldn't start. Brought it in today, and they really helped me out whenever they didn't have to. Also, car is great. ...Service department is amazing, just be careful and do your homework on values of other comparable cars in the area. Show more

I've always hated buying a new car. I think we all know why. Our experience at Earnhardt San Tan Hyundai was not typical. They have a different sales ethic there. No pressure, you ask, they answer, want to drive a model, no problem. Did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. Helped us get th...e best deal we could. Didn't pressure us into extended anything or bells and whistles we'd didn't need or want. Explained everything. Didn't try to upgrade us to a different vehicle. Paperwork was all electronic, took hardly anytime at all. Helped us set up our phones. This kind of service generates loyalty, well, they've earned ours. And we brag about it to everybody we know. At Earnhardt Jeep, I always deal with a knowledgeable advisor who strives to provide the most appropriate and cost effective service solution to my particular service problem. Tammy lived up to my expectations in every respect. I have purchased my last two Jeeps from Earnhardt and service providers ...like Tammy are a large part of the reason I have returned there to purchase my cars. My service rep is Karen Hatch. I bought my Honda Pilot at Earnhart off I-10 in 2011. Karen has been my service person since day one and still is. She makes her customers feel they are welcome and what they have to say about their vehicles problem or need is important. She is always polite and... courteous and I like that they have a woman working in the service department. I highly recommend Karen to be your service person too. Show more

My husband just purchased a vehicle from this dealership the other day because he was due for an upgrade from his 2012 vehicle; this is his first Hyundai vehicle. Our salesman was very professional and kind and the GM was extremely nice as well. You could tell they wanted to please us and were gra...teful for our business. I highly recommend this car dealership to anybody. I’ve had three Hyundai models in my life and I don’t ever plan on switching. My wife and I worked with Rusty. He is very honest, knowledgeable and not pushy at all like most car salesman are. He’s very funny too and constantly cracks jokes.... He wanted us to make sure that we knew what we were buying. Just like any dealership, you’ll probably need to negotiate the new car value as well as your trade in. Rusty worked with us in both respects, did the best he could and got me more money for my trade in and less money for the new 2020 Tucson. The financing guy Bobby was real good as well. Rusty even gave me his own person cell phone number in case I ever had any questions for him. Definitely check it out and ask for Rusty! Show more
