We were in the process of buying a new truck and had our sights on the vehicle of our dreams. Not only did we receive a great price on our 2017 F-250 but they also gave us a good trade-in price on our 2004 F-150. When the first service of our 250 came up, I drive 95 miles to have the service perfo...rmed at Earnhardt's dealership. Ricardo is amazing!! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with him. He consistently goes above and beyond. For example, we had a small dent on the side of our door and while our car was getting serviced he called and had someone come take a look so we didn't have to make an extra sto...p. He truly makes going to the car dealership a good experience. I am so impressed with his level of customer service time and time again. Go Ricardo! You are awesome. Show more

San Tan Hyundai always performs well when servicing my vehicle. The speed of the work done this time was especially impressive. I will be using their service as long as I live here in the East Valley.

As usual, the service I received was friendly, positive, and accommodating. Usually, I make an appointment for my oil change, but they made me feel very welcome to come in at the last minute.

Staff is friendly and efficient, Snacks and drinks provided while you wait. Comfortable area to wait in. I always bring my Hyundai in for service. I'm treated well and service is quick. They didn't wash my car this time and they usually do for free. Don't understand the change, however, that won't s...top me from coming back. Show more

Rob was AWESOME! I called after 5:00 p.m. with a concern about a battery and an alternator. He was able to fit me in for a test right away on the very same day! We were in and out with a new battery in less than an hour. I did not have to worry about getting to work in the morning!
