My vehicle would fail to start on occasion. I had the battery checked and was told it was good. Issue continued to occur. Took it in to be checked. Now they told me it was the battery (bad cell). Had battery replaced. Issue happened again. Took it back. They said one of battery connections was loose.... They checked starter and charging system and everything checked out ok. My service representative offered me a coupon for a free oil change to compensate me for having to come back. Issue happened again.. had to take it back. My service rep issued me a loaner car so they could spend whatever time was required to find and fix the problem. I was contacted later that day and informed the issue was a bad ground coming off the battery. My rep told me repairs were made, but they wanted to keep it and keep testing it to be sure that the problem was completely fixed. The next day I was called to come back and pick up my car as it was finished. I asked my rep if my original battery really was bad considering the the real issue was the bad ground. He assured me it was, but I am not convinced. $180 is not change.... Other than this, my experiences here have always been great. I will continue to use them for services on my vehicle. Show more

Additional income was not specifically disclosed when our application was submitted, which resulted in a high interest rate. Unfortunately this could not be reversed. Recommend that employees who take applications should be more thorough to get customers the best rate available.

Good job with attending to recall notifications service. Would of been a better experience if time estimate would have been more accurate. Was told it would take a "couple " of hours, it ended up being 6 hours to complete the job

Super, professional sales people. Nice, impressive sales facility. Los perros del curro son prietos y no hablan, pero si muerden muy duro. Why require so many words? I hope I have said enough nice things about the place and its staff.
