A great car buying experience for my wife and I. Rob was a young and very professional sales person allowing us to take the time to select which model and drive all and really understood our needs as senior age buyers.

Every detail of this car purchase was perfect. All people I worked with with were gentleman. A new way to buy a car and Norm in service is FANTASTIC.

Jimmy was amazing and was very helpful through the whole process of finding me exactly what I wanted. After finding the car Paulo was able to assist me for the rest of the buying process. I would say as my first experience buying a car it was overall a good experience.

Everyone knows people come first. Customers, yes, but at Earnhardt Ford it's easy to tell the salespeople are valued by management. Never have I had a buying experience like this! Courteous, warm, friendly, amazing. I was reluctant to shop here because it's a large dealership (Costco's buyer's prog...ram sent me here.) and I wanted a warm, cozy experience. Well, I got it in spades! Tex Earnhardt even let me take a picture with him! When my new car was ready they didn't just hand me the key. A man named Max actually sat in the car with me and went over all the bells and whistles. I was told to come back any time and they would answer my questions. Amazing service! Wasn't expecting to buy a new car but after Marcus Roe's help we ended up driving off with a new CR-V. The car is great and is comfortable ride. My wife loves driving it. The team at Earnhardt Honda was very nice and worked as hard as they could to help us get the deal we wanted.

Shawn was helpful. The service was fast. The battery was changed out while I waited and was still under 60% warranty. Would use them again.

Did a drop off for an oil change a multipoint inspection before heading back home from vacation. Raychel was friendly and more than happy to fit in our car for service. It did not take very long to accomplish and I felt confident that the work was accomplished correctly.

Shawn explained all the work to be done. I was surprised to find they also fixed the cup protectors for the door handles and the door edge protective film that was not put on to San Tan Gilbert's standards (was a transfer sale from North Scottsdale where the tinting and door protection had been inst...alled). The car looks even better now! I really appreciate getting to deal with someone as professional as Shawn. I will bring my car back to Shawn for all future service. I highly recommend San Tan Hyundai for all Genesis service. Show more
