Overall great service! Everything went right according to schedule and my car was great when I picked it up. Appreciate the honesty of our advisor, knows his cars.

I would have given a five star review if I hadn't had to wait so long to be acknowledged. I had an appointment but when I got there there were several people waiting ahead of me. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and helpful.

Wasn't sure how much longer my five year old battery was going to last in my car, so I took it in to be checked. As it turned out I needed a new one NOW! I was told if I had the time, they could put a new battery in NOW. WOW,can't get better service than that!!

This was my first experience in purchasing anything from a dealership and they made it so easy and comfortable for me. There was a small bit of haggling, but no pressure. I purchased my dream car for cash and was able to take her home right away! Couldn't be more pleased :)

I purchased my new vehicle on July 27th from Earnhardt Honda. I had been looking approximately one week and narrowed my search between the Toyota RAV$ and the Honda CRV. After driving both vehicles, I immediately knew my vehicle of choice was the Honda CR-V 2WD Touring model. I then proceeded to... call Fleet/Internet Sales from 3 Honda Dealerships providing the options I wanted and asking them to provide me with their best quote letting them know my decision on who I wanted to work with would be from their initial numbers. I selected Mark Crump from Earnhardt Honda as he provided me with a no-nonsense quote demonstrating to me that he really wanted my business. His quote was both fair to Earnhardt Honda and to me. The other quotes received were not very competitive. I live in the East Valley and did not hesitate to drive to the West Valley to purchase my new car. Upon meeting Mark I found he was very professional, honest and sincere which confirmed to me he wanted my long term business. Mark was able to provide me with additional options at a reduced cost which enhanced the appearance of my CR-V. When I came back to pick-up my new vehicle Mark Crump was there to meet me on his day off to spend ample time programing the car to meet my needs. He wanted to make sure any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. This was absolutely the best vehicle buying experience that I have had and would recommend both this dealership but more importantly Mark Crump to any prospective buyer. Show more
