Twenty years ago I had an extremely bad experience with Earnhardt Ford. I swore I would never look at a vehicle at any Earnhardt Dealership. I searched for a Ford F150 Regular Cab and found that there were only two in the Phoenix area and the color that I was looking for was at Earnhardt Ford in C...handler. I took a chance and contacted them via the internet pricing. I received a price quote and was amazed at the no pressure deal. I purchased the vehicle over the phone and the remainder of the transaction went every bit as smooth. It was a great experience. Show more

A very good experience. Was not really planning on purchasing a new car when we visited the dealership. Our salesman, Jesus Cornejo, was excellent and we felt very comfortable with him. We are very pleased with our new Honda.

I called in with a problem with the alarm. I had to have the car towed. Quickly sent me to the towing service. Car was towed and fixed the next morning.

Earnhardt Honda is on your side! I came in there on the 30th of August and walked out with a smoking deal that will last me for a long time. As a first time car buyer, the process was long but Thomas Daniels, my salesman, was very respectful and mindful of my needs and budget. He made sure we took a... nice test drive of my 2015 Honda Civic ex sedan and worked with Kelly, the sales manager, on getting my proposed price and upgrades. Go see Thomas Daniels if you come in! He will make sure you are 100% happy and take fantastic care of you! Kelly is one of the sales managers, he's a very honorable man. He does his job Well and honored my prices. He then smoothly glided me into the finance office. I then met with Ron sedakis, a reputable top of the line finance manager. He has been in the business for over 30 years. Not only did he upgrade my warranty and shave off more money from the price, he also managed to get me an unbeatable interest rate as a first time buyer and got me a 0 dollar deductible.. absolutely fantastic for a 22 year old's first financing and loan offer! I had an incredible experience at earnhardt, and so will you! If this dealership is not number one on your list, it should be. No other dealership in the valley will treat you so well! I came to Earnhardt to have my CRV serviced and while waiting I was approached by Mr. Andy Griffith. I was interested in knowing my current position with my leased vehicle and he was able to explain how the leasing processing worked and how he could help me. I am pleased with my purchase and happy... that I own the vehicle I am now driving. Show more
