Everyone at San Tan was FANTASTIC VERY PROFESSIONAL --- NO PRESSURE...I went in to buy my granddaughter a car for her birthday and Todd even gave us the balloons that were hanging from the ceiling. It was a great experience.

Service was excellent, no negativity, everyone was positive and upbeat. Got my vehicle right in and was out in a couple of hours. Mario has taken care of my first Santa Fe and now my second Santa Fe. His advice about the service on my car has been outstanding, never steered my wrong.

have bought 4 hyundai cars from this company...don't even try any other dealerships...sales and service can't be compared...they make you feel like family...and we love the comfort of the waiting area when the cars are serviced

From my first step into the dealership until I drove home with the car it was a hassle free experience. Calm, low pressure dialogue works for me. Never felt pressured nor hurried, I actually dictated the pace. I am so impressed with the service program, no more driving to the agency, they come to y...ou, what a concept. Show more

This vehicle was actually purchased as my daughters first car...it tuned out to be the best car buying experience we have ever had. Perfect timing since my wife and daughter were involved with the experience! Will definitely recommend to friends.

I can't say I care for the for the sales side of things, when I test drove an accent there are definitely some tactics they used to try and get a sale that wasn't what I wanted, despite saying they were "no pressure". I had to stress multiple times that I really just wanted to see what the car was l...ike and how it drove to see if I was comfortable. For weeks after I was getting texts to my phone which I never gave them permission to do or was told that's what my number would be used for. When I let them know I was taking over a family member's Hyundai for the time being and appreciated their time and would like to deviation 6months, that I would be in still for service/accessories in the meantime..they didn't say anything. It just came off as unfriendly and that they were only in it for the money, which I get but you can still be courteous as I have been to them. If and when I do need a new vehicle I'm not sure at this point I'd buy it from them.HOWEVER, Service has be excellent so far! I've been going to Dodge dealerships for many years with my Caliber and I was never impressed with the inconsistency they had, the waits, the high prices, the pressure and the lack of customer service, I never got decent service unless I got a manager involved. So when I got a Hyundai I was hesitant and crossing my fingers that this service center was good. We stopped in for an oil change just because we had the time and it was already 4pm and we didn't have an appointment. When we arrived it was dead, with no one around we wandered for a bit but stumbled into The service director's office to see if anyone was available. John was so pleasant! I know the supervisors can be very busy and instead of handing me off to someone else he personally took down my information for the oil change and did the quick walk around of my car. He told us it would be about 45min but it had to have been barely 30 by the time it was done. Eric then followed up and handed us the keys. Everyone was so nice! I was also excited that they have a Buy 4 oil changes get the 5th free! They don't try to upsell or bs you with a bunch of things you don't really need and you don't have to shell out a bunch of money on a package of oil changes to get it, they just offer it to you, how great is that! I will definitely be back here for service and parts, you don't have to break the bank here and the friendliness from the employees goes along way, thank you!! Show more

I was so pleased with my experience at Earnhardt Honda. Michael Edwards was super helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I left with a smile on my face. He explained the buying process until he knew that I was satisfied and understood what I was doing and leaving with. There is no one else I woul...d recommend to friends and family other than him.
