Dakota was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Always letting me know how the recalls repairs were coming along and did it in the 2 hour window he told me it would be done. Even had the car washed for me.

I had to come in for some recall issues. My visit to San Tan Hyundai was exceptional. From the time I made my appointment till the time I left with my car everyone was curtious and answered all my questions. Worked with John Heinzig - especially customer conscious.

As I just said in the last page of this survey, Paulo Pena was the best salesman for us. He was anxious to sell us a car but before he did, he showed genuine interest in my son and me. He didn't push any car on us, he gave us the options after judging what we wanted. He was always prepared to sho...w us the best car and saved us $3,000 by finding a similar car with less equipment that met our needs. His knowledge of the tech part of the car was the best I have ever seen. He should be promoted or paid more money because I'm sure he treats all customers like us and he beats the competition because we didn't want to buy any other car from any other salesman. We have purchased 4 Hyundais in the last 5 years because they are so reliable and have such a good guarantee. Spence Price Show more

Very fast and efficient. Rob was very courteous and let me know the service would take almost a full day due to the recall service needed. He offered me a loaner car and that worked-out perfect for me. Car was done that afternoon and my experience was excellent.

It was a great experience. Jay was very helpful and give me all the information i needed to feel comfortable with my decision. I knew at end of the day that I had picked the right car and the right dealership. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Hyundai.
