The service representatives were very courteous and friendly. The service itself was quick and painless. Raychelle, my service representative, was excellent. The reasons for a 4 instead of a 5 were the lobby chairs were less than comfortable for someone with back issues, and the cashier was abrupt. ...When I asked the Genesis I saw on display was Hyundai's luxury line her response was "I don't know, I'm not a car person." A very abrupt and dismissive type of answer, or so I felt. Show more

The steering column was making noise and getting loose. Brought it in and they fixed it. Needed a new part. Fixed and all is well

To be honest I dreaded going to a dealership for service like the dread one has toward going to the dentist, but I took the car in for its first service check and enjoyed the experience. Mario and the others made the visit very pleasant. I actually look forward to the next visit.

From the Sales Executive to the Finance Controller, it was a great experience. Rusty was very patient in giving myself and my wife the time to discuss our choices. I must begin by saying that I am not the kind of person who submits reviews. I may intend to do it at some point, but it always gets left behind as life moves on. However, I felt the need to submit a review, here, because I had such a great experience buying a car at San Tan Hyundai. It was nice ...that everyone was friendly and no one was pushy. But, my salesperson, Mike Butler, made buying a car a fun, stress-free experience. He is knowledgeable, personable, and honest. He earned my trust, which is no small feat. So, in conclusion, ask for Mike Butler. He is awesome. Show more

Wouldn't go anywhere else! Joe was sooo amazing! I left very satisfied and got exactly what I wanted! I walked in thinking I wasn't going to leave with anything, but they made sure I was happy and got what I needed!
