I am enjoying the vehicle. Still learning how to use all the features, they were explained well, too much at once to take in and learn at the dealer ship. Glad to have the quick manuals.

On this visit I have a problem with a tire sensor light and an interior car light. I also needed routine maintenance which included an oil change and auto Butler treatment. Although the dealership has been very busy my service advisor, Rob, manage to squeeze me in the morning and all work was done t...o my satisfaction by early afternoon as promised. Rob also arranged for a needed ride home for me when I dropped off the car for service. As always I am completely satisfied. Show more

The sales and service staff were wonderful! My only complaint was that the person who handled the final payment was not very friendly and did not inform me that he was going to withhold the original certificate of origin.

I've purchased many vehicles but this was the best car buying experience ever, thanks to my sales person Paulo Pena. I looked at many cars and took one for a test drive at no time was there any pressure put on me to purchase a vehicle. Paulo was able to answer all my questions I had about the veh...icles and I had many . I would highly recommend Earnhardt Hyundai of Scottsdale to all my friends and coworkers in the future and highly recommend them to see Paulo Pena as there sales person . It was a great car buying experience from the moment I walked in the dealership to the moment they handed me the keys to my new Lexus. Mike Testani was my salesperson. I would recommend talking directly to him if you're interested in a new Lexus. He worked hard to understand me as the customer and... overall the dealership wanted to ensure that I was happy.
