It was a recall from Hyundai for the parking brakes. Everyone was friendly and helpful even when I didn't see my car at first after it was done

I always receive great customer service at San Tan Hyundai. Ivan was friendly and perfesional. He kept me updated throughout my wait. Service was quick and Ivan ran over all items after the service on my Elantra.

Decided to wait for car and it was completed in a reasonable time. Only concern was that dealership was so busy that they could not address my air bag light. Will have to come back another time. Other than that was a good experience

Michael Butler went above and beyond to met our needs. We knew right away that this would be a great experience because he immediately let us know that he was there to help us find the best car for us without the high pressure sales pitch. He listened to us about our needs and what we were looking f...or and never tried to sale us something we did not want. He explained the car very well and even set up my IPhone to the system. He also explained all the bells and whistles on the car very clearly. He went to bat for us to get a better price on our trade in and understood we did not want to give it away and that we knew what it was worth. We would always deal with this gentleman when buying a car.. Show more
