Purchased our Lexus LS430 at Earnhardt and have been very pleased with all services performed at the previous location as well as this brand new large accommodating location. Josh in service has taking care of us since the purchase of our Lexus and provides excellent service. Dependable, high qualit...y work performed along with clear explanations of all service options including options to save the customer money! Excellent detailing center. Chuck exceeded expectations on scratch repair and we will now be scheduling a complete detailing for a very affordable price. Service coupons offered to save additional costs. Vehicles need better care, customers need to be made aware of touch ups that have been made to new vehicles, detailers need better quality care training.

I was helped as soon as I got out of my car. Professional and friendly staff. Very happy with the process. I came in and knew what I wanted to do and it was done in a timely and efficient manner. Sales staff was great and the dealership even made me feel important or special through congratulation...s and introductions to managers. I thought it was a nice friendly culture. I am very happy with my experience and foresee a long relationship with Hyundai because of the great service. They greeted us immediately upon arrival. Knew why we were there. Updated us on any issues. We were out within 30 minutes. I know the work will be done correctly and they will make sure the car is working perfectly. Thank you San Tan service department.
