Our salesman, Russ Boettcher, was outstanding. I spoke with him by phone in advance before visiting the dealership, and told him what my wife and I were interested in seeing/driving. When we arrived, he already had 3 vehicles that matched our preferences lined up side by side and waiting for us. ...He gave us all the time we needed to evaluate and drive the vehicles. All pricing was straightforward, with no hidden charges. Once we made our decision, he respected our time by moving us through the paperwork process as quickly as possible (it took less than an hour, including financing). He then spent the extra time to show us all of the features of our new Hyundai Tucson as we took delivery. Start to finish, it felt like we had our own private concierge to expedite the buying process. We would highly recommend Russ and Earnhardt Hyundai to anyone looking for a new Hyundai. Show more

I barely got a cup of coffee finished when Ivan gave my keys back to me. Have always had service done on time including the car wash!
