Bought a Tahoe earlier this year from Earnhardt and I love it. The actual purchasing of the vehicle was overall very easy. No hassle like other dealers. Billy B was great. The service and follow ups were all great as well. Liked them so much we traded in another vehicle not too long ago. Same great ...service as the first time. Show more

Checked in quickly with friendly welcome. John indicated the time required for service. Service was completed ahead of time. John explained what was done and indicated no other work required.

As usual., the service I requested was carried out efficiently and within the time frame projected by the service agent. I have never had a negative experience with this service department.

I have purchased over 30 cars in my lifetime, and this was one of the best experiences I have had with a quality dealership, clean and large enough to accommodate many customers at once yet leaving you feeling as though you were a special customer. From the call to make the appointment to the time I walked out to my car, my total experience was quite favorable. Access to the facility was easy from the 303. The entire team was extremely welcoming, pleasant and customer oriented. The waiting area was very clean and more than comfortable.
